Cautions with other medicines
It's usually safe to use carmellose sodium eye drops with other medicines.
Some medicines, such as antihistamines, antidepressants and diuretics (medicines that remove extra fluid from your body), can make your eyes dry.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you're taking any medicines that you think might be causing you to get dry eyes. They may be able to suggest changes to your medicine to help with this.
